Family Lesson Idea for Glory and Power Be unto … the Lamb for Ever
First I want to share an activity that you can do with your families. This would be the prefect activity to do for FHE. My hope is that it will engage your families and make learning about the gospel fun and enjoyable!

I loved the following idea from the Come Follow Me manual so I created an “innovation you can use”
Show the picture of the Savior knocking at the door (see the picture that accompanies this outline). Invite your family to read Revelation 3:20 and discuss questions like the following: Why does Jesus knock instead of just coming inside? How can we invite His influence into our home?
This is a simple activity. print a card for each member of your family provided below. Then sit down and write an invitation to the savior inviting into your home and life. They are left un-colored so you can make them yours.
Primary Lesson Activity-
Now lets talk about this fun Primary activity. Once again we are discussing how we can invite the savior to enter “our door” this activity was inspired by this prompt from CFM:
Ask the children to write on the board different ways to “open the door” to Jesus. Some examples might include serving others, reading the scriptures, and partaking of the sacrament.

On the keys have members of your class take turns writing ways that they can “Open the Door” for Christ
I also wanted to provide you with a lesson handout. This door printable has the scripture from Revelations 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
